Do I need a maintenance plan?
If your site takes enquiries, bookings or payments, someone should be watching it. If it is a simple page that rarely changes, an occasional check may be enough.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Usually. We review it first and tell you what we find before agreeing to look after it.
How do I request a change?
By email or message. We confirm what we will do and tell you when it is done.
What is not included?
New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately. We tell you before any work that falls outside the plan.
