Should I use Shopify or a custom store?
For a standard catalogue, a hosted platform like Shopify is often the right choice and we will say so. Custom makes sense when you need something the platforms do not do, or when speed and design are a priority.
How are payments handled?
Through a payment provider such as Stripe. They process the card and pay you. Your site never stores card numbers.
Can you move my existing store?
Yes. We move products, customers and order history where the old platform allows it, and redirect old product addresses.
Can I sell subscriptions?
Yes. We have built subscription billing, including upgrades, refunds and renewals.
