Common questions
Why not use an off-the-shelf reporting tool?
If one fits, you should. Custom makes sense when your data is spread across systems that do not talk to each other, or when you want to offer the dashboard to your own customers.
Can customers log in, or only staff?
Either. We build access levels so customers, managers and staff each see only what is theirs.
How current is the data?
It depends on the source. Some can be refreshed every few minutes, others once a day. We show when each figure was last updated.
Is the data secure?
Access is controlled by role, sign-in can require a second step, and we record who did what. We agree the specific measures with you before building.
